Evaluation Results: How do we know it works?
颁辞迟蝉别苍听works with an independent external evaluator to collect data on how well our programs are implemented and how they impact teachers, students, and schools. Through research including participant surveys, in-depth case studies, and a two-year pre/post comparison group study, we test the theory of change that guides our work:

More specifically, Cotsen invests in developing teacher coaches and deepening teacher learning in order to support excellent teaching聽and develop teacher leaders, which leads to enhanced student learning and learning-focused schools and higher-capacity districts. Over 18 years we have built a powerful regional network of 1193 alumni teachers in 166 alumni schools focused on continuous improvement in teaching.
