Deepening Teacher Learning
How do we support it?
In each ART of TEACHING school, a cohort of 5-7 Fellows is supported by a Cotsen-trained Mentor. Each Fellow focuses on honing their instruction in a specific content area and sets and monitors goals for their own practice and for student learning. Fellows learn through Cotsen-sponsored professional development in their content area, lab days at demonstration classrooms, and weekly coaching cycles.
